“Eating Japan” 

There is so much more to Japanese food beyond ramen and sushi.

“Eating Japan” will be a program series exploring the endless variety (and quality) of food and food culture found in the parts of Japan less explored by visitors. Co-hosts, each with a different expertise and point of view on Japan, will tag team each episode to showcase and spotlight the depth and richness of Japanese food tradition. Leading their partner, along with the viewers, to discover flavors, foods, places and people that the vast majority of travelers will never encounter, "Eating Japan" will be provocative and addictive. We will introduce places of historical significance and the stories behind them, interesting locations, beautiful architecture, breathtaking nature, unusual arts and crafts, and engaging interviews with remarkable people of Japan.

The project is currently in the planning phase, seeking funding, contributors and investors for the pilot episode.
